When I first saw the potential for persuasion optimisation it really excited me. I could easily see the benefits, especially in B2B. Anyone who has been on both sides of large scale B2B vs. B2C campaigns knows that B2B is generally a much easier problem. Markets are knowable and relatively small. Buyer behaviour is more definable.
